Joy of Juice and Soup!

juicingOh the joys of JUICE and SOUP! Not only are both extremely nutritious but juicing and souping are EASY! Susan’s goal is to show you how simple it really is to create delicious juices and soups packed with easily absorbed nutrients. Your body works best when it doesn’t have to fight to find the goodness in your food. Processed foods, frozen foods, microwaved foods – they all are depleted of vital nutrients. Foods that are whole and fresh and prepared properly will give you the energy you need. And your body and mind will be so happy! Your tummy will feel good too. 

Recipes will be provided.

CLASS MEETS AT 362 MAIN STREET IN REISTERSTOWN, MD 21136 AT THE CENTER FOR SPIRITUAL LIVING. EVERY THURSDAY, 7 PM – 8:15 PM

meditation5Join us for a short Dharma talk, meditation instruction, breath-work, and 30-minutes sitting meditation. Susan began meditating over 25 years ago. To these classes she brings her years of experience with many different types of meditation including Vedic, Vipassana, Jewish and Buddhist studies. This light-hearted group is a perfect sangha (community) for those seeking a place to meditate and meet others along the path. All levels of meditators are welcome! 

Wear comfortable clothing. Chairs and meditation cushions provided. You don’t need to bring anything but yourself. If you can breathe, you can meditate!

“We don’t undertake meditation to become better meditators. We meditate to have a better life.” Cost: $10 donation suggested
