Why Vegetarian?
Monday, July 31, 6:30 – 8:30 pm.
01-vegan-diet-plant-based-dietI used to shy away from insisting my Ayurvedic clients should stop eating meat altogether. But recently I’ve begun counseling on the reasons why it’s so important not to eat meat – and how to be the best vegetarian you can be. I’ll talk about how meat consumption is not only detrimental to your health, but also, of course, to the animals, and the entire eco-system. We will learn how to begin to incorporate meat-less days into your week and hopefully help you to transition to a full vegetarian diet. Don’t worry – I won’t preach! Just teach. And we’ll make a delicious plant-based meal together.
Cost: $49. Class is 100% vegetarian with vegan options offered.
