Ayu-Satsung: Ayurvedic Discussion and Support Group - All Welcome!

1dhanwantariIntroducing Ayu-Satsang – Gatherings To Support Your Ayurvedic Lifestyle – monthly meetings to ask questions, learn more and support each other, led by Susan Weis-Bohlen. PLEASE RSVP to susan@breatheayurveda.com and I will send you directions and parking instructions.

I’m excited to announce a new monthly gathering for people who want to learn more about Ayurveda, share ideas, best practices, tips and tools to support and create a sustainable practice. Satsang is usually translated from Sanskrit, as “truth-company,” or being in the company of the wise. It is an ancient practice of sitting with a teacher, asking questions and sharing knowledge in an open, non-intimidating way.

Those who come together for the Satsang agree to have a spiritual conversation meant to benefit the entire group. This is not group therapy but it is a support group in that it will help you stay on the Ayurvedic path. The wisdom of Ayurveda will be the basis of our Ayu-Satsang conversation, including the wisdom of yoga and meditation.

So come and visit and sit with us to share, learn, listen, contemplate and converse. I will facilitate the group and bring in guest speakers from time to time. All are welcome! The meetings will take place in my home, in Susan’s Kitchen. Tea will be served. The meeting is free, but donations are appreciated.

Details for Ayu-Satsang:
Dates and time: We will meet on the first Monday of the month, unless there is a holiday or I am away, from 7 pm – 8 pm. Please double-check dates!
