Just as we want to choose the healthiest foods for our body, we can learn how to choose the healthiest thoughts for our minds.  In this program you will explore the time-tested meditation techniques that teach you how to gently and easily work with your mind to let go of negativity, constant chatter, and anything that isn’t serving you. Peace of mind, a deep sense of ease, and satisfaction with the way things are is attainable now. Learn how to make friends with your own mind. Susan draws from her experiences of the Vedas, Buddhism, Vipassana and Jewish Meditation techniques to help you be more calm and relaxed in your daily life and to view the world with heightened clarity and awareness. The by-product of a regular meditation practice is true happiness!
