Meditation can be a way to detox the mind and live a calmer, happier life, but it works best DSC02854when you are living a healthy lifestyle. This 4-week session will introduce you to simple yet profound lifestyle changes, based on the teachings of Ayurveda, the 5000-year-old Indian science of health and healing, to establish a mind-body connection which leads to a more fulfilling life. We will also explore time-tested meditation techniques that teach you how to gently and easily work with your mind to let go of negativity, constant chatter, and anything that isn’t serving you. Susan is certified teacher of Ayurveda and meditation, from the Chopra Center for Well-being and has studied in the US and India. She draws from her experiences of the Vedas, Buddhism, Vipassana and Jewish Meditation techniques to help gain heightened clarity and awareness and to feel better inside and out.
