Susan Weis-Bohlen is the best-selling author of Ayurveda Beginner’s Guide: Essential Ayurvedic Principles to Balance & Heal Naturally. She is nationally certified to practice Ayurveda from The Chopra Center and The Ayurvedic Institute. Susan has studied widely in the US and India. Some of you might remember her from her bookstore, Breathe Books and Breathe Bookstore Cafe, which were on The Avenue in Hampden from 2004 – 2014.
