Practical tools and techniques for daily living and a seasonal detox will be taught and experienced.
Susan Weis-Bohlen is the best-selling author of Ayurveda Beginner’s Guide: Essential Ayurvedic Principles to Balance & Heal Naturally. She is nationally certified to practice Ayurveda from The Chopra Center and The Ayurvedic Institute. Susan has studied widely in the US and India.
