Ayurveda places great importance on Daily Rituals, called dinacharya in Sanskrit. Susan will teach how to gain the most benefit from these practices and how to create your own daily routine based on your needs and your schedule. This experiential workshop will show you what to do from the moment you wake up until you are ready to begin your day. The Dinacharya helps you move gracefully into your day by removing toxins that have built up overnight, as well as offering a plan to protect you from environmental toxins you will encounter in your day.
From abyangha (self massage with medicated oils), oil pulling, meditation, yoga, essential oils, breakfast and more, you will learn how to start your day in an entirely new way! And you will feel great doing it. A brief intro to Ayurveda will be offered.
