East Meets West Yoga Center
Saturday, July 14, 1 pm – 3 pm:
Ayurveda places great importance on Daily Rituals, called dinacharya in Sanskrit. Susan will teach how to gain the most benefit from these practices and how to create your own daily routine based on your needs and your schedule. This experiential workshop will show you what to do from the moment you wake up until you are ready to begin your day. The Dinacharya helps you move gracefully into your day by removing toxins that have built up overnight, as well as offering a plan to protect you from environmental toxins you will encounter in your day.
From abyangha (self massage with medicated oils), oil pulling, meditation, yoga, essential oils, breakfast and more, you will learn how to start your day in an entirely new way! And you will feel great doing it. A brief intro to Ayurveda will be offered.
Susan is the author of the best-selling Ayurveda Beginner’s Guide: Essential Principles and Practices to Balance & Haal Naturally (available for sale at East Meets West Yoga and everywhere books are sold).
Susan will be available for private 30-minute consultations before and after the workshop. Cost: $50. Please contact Susan directly to book these sessions. firstname.lastname@example.org
Cost: $65 includes materials. Oils and other products will be for sale after the workshop.
